Ratko Mladic ordered decapitation

Serbian general Ratko Mladic ordered the decapitation of the captured bosnian colonel Avdo Palic. On September 4th 1995 Mladic gave this order to his bodyguard Dragomir Pećanac. Later that day Pećanac presented the head on a plate to Mladic.
